PURCHASE ORDERS
We are pleased to accept valid purchase orders from schools, colleges, universities, licensed organizations and registered businesses. Purchase orders should be made to SENIOR CLASS GRADUATION PRODUCTS, LLC. Our terms on valid purchase orders are Net 30 days from date of invoice. Purchase orders can be submitted as follows:

All credit card payments are processed by Intuit. All credit card information received by us is shredded at the point your payment is processed and approved. We do not retain credit card information for future orders.

POINT OF SALE ORDERS
Our online store features non-custom stock products which, for the most part, are in stock and ready to ship. Online sales require payment in full at check-out. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and checks. Processing of your transaction is provided by PayPal. Customers do not need a PayPal account and can submit point of sale payment using any of the credit cards noted above or by check providing required bank information.

RETURNS FOR CREDIT
Custom orders (products designed specifically for your school, college, business or organization) can not be returned for credit. Items received damaged during shipment will be replaced at no cost to the consumer. All custom orders are manufactured directly from specifications and diagrams provided by the school, college, business or organization to prevent custom products from being manufactured incorrectly. In the event a custom order is not manufactured correctly the items will be replaced. Please notify us using any of the following methods when items need to be replaced:

Stock orders (non-custom products) can be returned for credit if unused. A restocking charge of 10% of the item cost will be applied to any credit issued. Stock products can be returned for credit by contacting us for a return authorization number up to 3 days before the use date of the product. A return authorization can be requested by contacting us as follows:
